Because great relationships are built on trust and communication, it’s also important for you to be open and honest with us about your needs and concerns.
Initial interview conversation
Every investor is different, bringing a unique set of goals, constraints, expectations and portfolio holdings to the planning process. We begin with you and your hopes for the future. During this exploratory conversation, we will ask questions like: What kind of lifestyle do you expect your investments to support? How much income will you need or do you need? What do you like and dislike about your current financial situation? How often do you prefer to meet to discuss your strategy and financial outlook?
We will also discuss our strengths and let you know what to expect if we decide to work together. By the end of the meeting we should know if we are a good fit for each other. Together, we will decide if it makes sense to continue the process. This meeting normally lasts between 30 and 90 minutes. If you are married, your spouse should included in the conversation. If you are local we can meet face to face. If not, a scheduled conference call is certainly a good alternative.
