As a Nationally Chartered Bank licensed to serve in a fiduciary capacity in all 50 states, PTC can serve in the following fiduciary capacities, subject to acceptance by our Trust Administration Committee:
- Trusteeship – Initial Trustee, Successor Trustee, Special Trustee or Co-Trustee. (All personal and charitable trusts, and ILITs)
- Agency – Agent to the Trustee (all personal and charitable trusts)
- PTC will handle all the administrative functions and Trustee still retains ultimate discretion and control.
- Incapacity or Special Circumstances
- Conservator of the Estate – Court Appointed and Non-Court Appointed
- Guardian of the Estate - Court Appointed and Non-Court Appointed
- Trustee or Agent to the Trustee of Special/Supplemental Needs Trusts
- When properly named as a Successor, PTC can immediately step into the Trustee position up disability or incapacity.
